Role Overview
You will install, maintain, and repair X-ray and DR imaging systems while ensuring minimal downtime and high customer satisfaction, including occasional travel for projects outside your core area.

Role Requirements
Install, service, and maintain X-ray and DR imaging systems across customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships.
Complete service documentation and reports accurately and on time.
Support occasional installation projects outside the core territory (approx. 20% travel).
Person Specifications
Field Service experience with X-Ray/Medical Imaging equipment.
Electronics background.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel regionally (2.5-hour radius).
