As a Field Service Engineer, you will take ownership of the installation, maintenance, repair, and optimisation of advanced medical imaging systems across your assigned territory. This role combines hands-on technical problem solving with preventative service activities, helping healthcare providers maximise system uptime, performance, and reliability.

Role Requirements

Install, maintain, and repair medical imaging systems across customer sites, ensuring equipment operates safely and effectively.
Carry out preventative maintenance and system upgrade activities to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose and resolve technical faults efficiently, minimising system downtime and disruption for customers.
Build strong relationships with healthcare customers while providing on-site technical guidance and user support where required.
Manage service documentation, parts inventory, and territory planning to ensure service activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain high standards of technical service while representing the business professionally across the assigned territory.

Person Specifications

Previous field service experience within medical imaging is essential.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and fault-finding capabilities across complex technical systems.
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of service activities within a regional territory.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Able to work flexibly and participate in on-call support requirements when required.
