An opportunity has arisen for a Field Service Engineer to support and maintain medical imaging systems across a well-established customer base throughout North Alabama. This role offers ownership of a regional territory, with responsibility for ensuring equipment reliability, resolving technical issues, and delivering high-quality service support to healthcare providers.

Role Requirements
Service, troubleshoot, and repair X-ray imaging systems across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities throughout the assigned territory.
Support PACS connectivity and imaging network-related issues to maintain reliable system performance and customer operations.
Carry out preventative maintenance and corrective repairs in line with service standards and customer requirements.
Manage service calls independently, prioritising workload effectively to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Build strong relationships with healthcare customers, providing professional technical support and practical recommendations.
Develop technical expertise across additional imaging modalities including CT, Mammography, and Cath Lab systems as training opportunities become available.
Travel:
Typically 2-4 overnight stays per month.
Additional travel opportunities available for engineers who are interested in supporting wider regional projects.
Initial training period may involve some travel to Atlanta.
