Senior Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You’ll support a growing install base of diagnostic X-Ray and Ultrasound systems, ensuring healthcare providers can deliver outstanding patient care with reliable technology.

Role Requirements
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on diagnostic X-Ray and Ultrasound systems.
Install new equipment, perform planned maintenance, repairs, and manage replacement parts.
Complete ongoing training and certifications to maintain advanced technical expertise.
Independently manage customer service cases from issue identification through to resolution.
Maintain accurate service documentation, including maintenance records and parts usage.
Travel to customer sites to deliver installations, technical support, and user training.
Person Specifications
Experience servicing medical imaging equipment (X-Ray, Ultrasound, or similar diagnostic systems).
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
Ability to work independently, with sound judgment in critical situations.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Willingness to travel extensively (75%, up to 50% overnight).
