Role Requirements
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in line with contractual obligations.
Support sales through technical validation and estimation.
Monitor financial and operational project performance.
Lead and develop team capabilities, manage resource allocation, and ensure training and evaluations.
Maintain accurate project documentation and data systems.
Represent management in decision-making and team leadership.
Person Specifications
Strong experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS/LIMS).
Background in public health or laboratory environments.
Skilled in project management methodologies (PMBOK/Prince).
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Fluent in German; English or French as a second language.
Educated to Master’s level or equivalent, with experience in complex software project delivery.
