Role Overview
you’ll play a vital role in supporting and expanding relationships across a wide network of laboratory clients. Acting as both a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you’ll help clients optimize the use of their systems while uncovering new opportunities to enhance their operations through service plans, consumables, and accessories.

Role Requirements
Deliver exceptional service to over 3,000 clients through proactive communication, timely resolutions, and consultative support.
Identify client needs, provide insights, and promote additional value through service contracts, consumables, and accessories.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Field Service, and Sales teams to drive growth, retention, and a seamless client experience.
Leverage Salesforce to manage activity, forecast outcomes, analyse trends, and support continuous improvement.
Adopt a proactive, educational, and client-centric approach, using feedback to refine processes and enhance satisfaction.
Stay informed on industry developments and evolving client needs to ensure competitiveness and innovation.
Person Specifications
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline required. MBA is a plus.
Experience with laboratory instrumentation or chemistry applications is preferred. Understanding of sample preparation or metals analysis is a bonus.
Minimum 2 years in roles such as customer success, field service, technical support, or consultative sales.
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and engage in solution-oriented sales. Experience with pipeline management or hitting sales targets is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging information.
Comfortable working across departments and managing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and Pardot is a plus.
