Field Service Engineer

You will serve as the company’s face on-site, providing top-tier customer service while conducting repairs and maintenance on various analytical instruments. Your role includes troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining client relationships, developing equipment maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

With expert training for installation, maintenance, and compliance services on equipment from all major manufacturers, our client is a committed team of engineers. With over 200 clients nationally, we have serviced laboratory equipment for over three decades, with high level expertise in maintenance and repair.

High school diploma required.
3+ years of experience in technical, field-based support or maintenance of analytical equipment, including HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and other laboratory instruments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Willingness to travel frequently (occasionally overnight) to client sites; must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Base salary up to $130,000
Up to $15,000 in commission
