Anachem launches adjustable pipette

Anachem has launched adjustable spacing on a manual multi-channel pipette.

The firm claims the release will provide an economical solution for increased productivity when transferring between sample formats.

Its RAININ multi-lite adjustable spacer pipette allows the user to change nozzle spacing for use with different storage formats "quickly and accurately".

The product incorporates the same performance, functional design and features as the firm’s previous multi-lite pipette.

A company statement said: "The patented LTS lite-touch tip system provides highest security – tips seal precisely and consistent sample pick-up is guaranteed, every time."

The company claims to be a specialist in liquid handling, chromatography, chemical and bioanalysis for all laboratory applications.

It has operated in the science industry for more than 35 years.

Meanwhile, the firm recently launched a new product for the rapid analysis of microplasma PCR reactions.

Its new Screen Tape system, developed by Lab901, uses a microscale polymer tape containing all the reagents needed in DNA electrophoresis.
