Anachem launches InLab Micro pH measurement products

Anachem is launching a new family of pH measurement products created by Mettler Toledo, its parent company.

The InLab Micro pH range comprises five different miniature sensors that have been tailored to fit into any size of sample container.

Each is optimised for a different application, such as the Viscous Pro option for highly viscous samples, the Ultra-Micro for extremely small vessels and the Flex-Micro for instances in which micro electrodes are required to bend without breaking.

According to Anachem, the new product offering will facilitate the regular monitoring of pH across a variety of life science scenarios, a process that can often be difficult due to the small size of sample volumes.

It added that they are "exceptionally handy for rare or precious samples because they eliminate the need for larger volumes in electrochemical analysis".

Last month, the firm launched a new starter kit offering for its Pipet-Lite XLS pipetting system, which is aimed at smaller research facilities.
