Ketchum nominated for 11 PRWeek Awards

Ketchum has been nominated for a total of 11 accolades at the 2012 PRWeek Awards, which will be held on March 1st 2012.

The company has been named as a finalist in the large agency of the year category and in the global campaign of the year bracket, honouring an advertising initiative conducted on behalf of IBM.

It was also nominated for healthcare campaign of the year following the success of the "Women's Centrum Inspires Women to Love Feeling Healthy and Energised" programme it conducted alongside Pfizer Consumer Healthcare.

Other accolades for which Ketchum has been shortlisted include best use of social media/digital, while it also received two nominations for product brand development campaign of the year and three for promotional event of the year.

The media agency will discover whether it has claimed the awards at a ceremony in New York on March 1st 2012.

This comes after the firm's Ketchum Pleon division won three prizes at the European Excellence Awards last week.
