Karl Storz has underlined the benefits offered by its OR1 Neo operating theatre, which have helped the product to claim a market-leading position in the UK.

Currently, the OR1 Neo has a market share of more than 50 percent and has been installed in some of the country's leading hospitals, including the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and St Mary's Hospital in Paddington.

According to Karl Storz, this is because the operating theatre is fully integrated and incorporates a wide range of equipment and technology to facilitate minimal access endoscopic surgery.
