Watermeadow Medical highlights strong start to 2013
Watermeadow Medical has detailed the efforts it is making to continue building on its strong recent performance heading into 2013.
The medical communications agency recently relocated operations from its previous Knutsford base to a larger and fully refurbished office space in Macclesfield, reflecting recent expansions to its workforce, which now includes 24 people.
Rosalyn Ferguson, a new associate medical writer, is the most recent appointment to the Macclesfield office, while the company's Oxford division has recruited Daniella Pfeifer as an associate medical writer and Jackie Evans to an accounting role.
A statement from the company said: "Watermeadow looks forward to welcoming more staff over the coming months, as demand for our award-winning medical communication services continues to grow."
This comes after the firm was acquired by United Drug last summer, a move that will help to expand its commercial capabilities.
Watermeadow has continued to trade under its own name following the takeover and its management team has remained unchanged, but it can now access a wider range of services, including market research and enhanced event logistics capabilities.
