Bristol-Myers Squibb confirms involvement in healthcare conference

7th February 2013

Bristol-Myers Squibb has confirmed it will take part in the Leerink Swann 2013 Global Health Care Conference this month.

The biopharmaceuticals company announced it is set to engage with the event, which will take part on February 13th in New York, where executive vice president and chief financial officer Charles Bancroft will take part in a question and answer session about the organisation.

Investors and members of the public have been invited to listen to a live webcast of the session on the Bristol-Myers Squibb website, while an archived edition of the session will be available after the event.

The Leerink Swann conference takes place to highlight emerging themes and controversies in the healthcare industry by presenting surveys and moderate discussions for those in attendance.

News of the company's involvement in the event comes after Bristol-Myers Squibb announced a 23 percent fall in net sales during the fourth quarter of 2012, compared with the same period of the previous year.ADNFCR-8000103-ID-801536377-ADNFCR
