Zoetis unveils vision for European growth
Zoetis has provided details on its plans for continuing its success in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, after making the transition to being an independent business.
The company – which was formerly the animal health division of Pfizer – closed its initial public offering last month and is now seeking to build on the foundations it has established in the last six decades.
In order to achieve this, Zoetis will leverage its direct local presence and strong customer relationships, pursue new product developments and continue its commitment to providing high-quality animal medicines.
It also hopes to broaden its presence in emerging markets, expand complementary businesses and ensure that it remains partner of choice for access to new products and technologies.
Alejandro Bernal, Zoetis' executive vice-president and president for the EMEA region, said: "Our local presence, backed by our global reach and resources, allows us to work with customers to address their specific needs."
