Protexin shows support for South Bucks RDA
Protexin Equine Premium has announced its support for the South Buckinghamshire Riding for the Disabled (RDA) charity.
The company revealed that as part of its efforts to help the centre, it is to assist with the upkeep of a 20-year-old 16.3 hh Dutch Warmblood horse named Lambrusco III.
Based at the facility, the horse has been put on Protexin after it recently started to experience problems related to digestion.
The organisation is to monitor the wellbeing of the animal – which has enjoyed marked success in its time, including taking eight para-riders to international level.
Protexin Equine Premium said it is delighted to be offering its services and products to the cause and even met up with Natasha Baker – a rider who started out at the South Bucks RDA before going on to win a gold medal at the London Olympics in the Freestyle and Individual Championships (Grade II) – as part of its association with the group.
