SCA announces conversion of shares details
SCA has announced details with regard to its conversion of shares.
The company has to disclose this information in accordance with the Financial Instruments Trading Act, with the data being submitted today (March 28th).
According to the firm's articles of association, owners of Class A shares have the right to have these converted to Class B shares.
As a consequence of these conversions, total number of votes in the company are reduced – and when this action takes place, the organisation is required by law to make public any alterations of this type.
The company has therefore revealed that March saw – at the request of shareholders – 231 Class A shares converted to Class B shares.
As a consequence of this development, the total number of votes in the firm amounted to 1,528,404,885, while the total number of registered shares in the company came to 705,110,094.
