KCI appoints new chief financial officer

KCI has announced the appointment of veteran finance leader Robert Hureau as its new executive vice-president and chief financial officer (CFO).

Mr Hureau will join the KCI team in early May 2013 after having spent six years in various leadership roles at Sensata Technology Holdings, including corporate controller, chief accounting officer and CFO.

During his time with the firm, he played a key role in helping the company manage its transition from privately-held to publicly-held status, while past employers include Brooks Eckerd Pharmacy, Ocean Spray Cranberries and Coca-Cola Enterprises.

In his new role at KCI, he will be given responsibility for internal and external financial reporting and all operational aspects of financial decision-making systems and processes.
