Watermeadow Medical staff receive CMPP qualifications
Watermeadow Medical has announced that the number of its staff members with Certified Medical Publication Professionals (CMPP) qualifications has risen to 15.
Helen Coulson, Jodi Cusack, Lesley Jacques, Elien Moes and Jo Oswald recently received their CMPP credentials, underlining their expertise as medical publication professionals and their proficiency in good practices.
The CMPP standard is designed as a means of encouraging commitment to ethical and transparent data dissemination standards and to recognise leaders in upholding integrity and excellence in the medical publication field.
According to Watermeadow Medical, more of its staff are expecting to receive their CMPP qualifications in the coming months.
This comes after the agency announced last month that its Excellence in Ophthalmology educational programme has been nominated for a prize at the Communique Awards for 2013.
Incorporating needs-based medical education, training and support for UK ophthalmologists, scientists and healthcare professionals, the programme was launched in February 2012 and has supported more than 30 initiatives to date.
