Aurora wins Communique consultancy of the year award

Aurora has earned the communications consultancy of the year prize at the annual Communique Awards, which took place in London last week.

It won praise for its strong vision and values and the amount its team of staff have achieved since Claire Eldridge and Neil Crump established the agency seven years ago.

Last year, Aurora won the Communique small independent consultancy of the year prize, but it has moved up into the general category after taking on 12 new staff members in the last year.

According to the firm, the majority of its business is won without needing a pitch, while its outstanding corporate culture means that only two employees have ever left Aurora, one of whom returned after 16 months.

The judging panel said: "The team has delivered the most incredible year-on-year growth for the last three years running and the reason for that success is in the achievements that they have delivered to their clients."

Aurora's client base includes some of the world's most prominent healthcare companies, such as Novartis, Roche, Lilly and Fresenius Kabi.
