Quintessentially Communications wins UK brief with Samsung
Quintessentially Communications has been appointed by electronics firm Samsung, which is stepping up its efforts to target consumers with high net worths.
The agency has won a UK brief to develop the South Korean manufacturer's new Blue House Club scheme following a pitch, with the focus to be placed on developing this concept beyond its initial launch.
Blue House Club is a membership-based organisation that allows wealthy tech enthusiasts and opinion formers to experience cutting-edge products, with a launch event taking place at the private London club Annabel's earlier this month.
The event was attended by celebrities such as Minnie Driver, Saffron Aldridge, Mariella Frostrup and Ben Elliot and centred around a demonstration of Samsung's S9 ultra HD TV, which costs 35,000 pounds.
A spokeswoman for Samsung told PRWeek: "It's about inviting high net worth individuals who have a passion for technology to experience the more premium end of Samsung's product line."
Quintessentially specialises in communications and marketing campaigns for luxury brands such as Jaguar, Diageo, Siberian Gold and William Curley.
