Link Technologies to give presentation at OTS annual meeting

Link Technologies has announced plans to attend the forthcoming annual meeting of the Oligonucleotide Therapeutic Society (OTS), which will take place in Italy next week.

Running from October 6th to 8th in Naples, the event will see the company presenting a poster on the subject of new potential oligonucleotide delivery reagents, offering details on how its novel modifiers can enable the enhanced delivery of oligos for therapeutic effect.

Dr Catherine McKeen, technical manager at Link Technologies, will be on hand at the event to provide attendees with relevant information and field any questions that attendees might have.

The manufacturer's new collection of modified phosphoramidites are inspired by their existing collection of lipophilic modifiers – which have been proven to enhance cell penetration – and collaborative partners are being invited to help discover their full application potential.

Last month, Link Technologies revamped its product guide for 2013/14 to include a new dedicated section on modification strategies in oligonucleotide synthesis, offering a comprehensive resource for scientists working in this important field.
