Tonic Life Communications appoints new MD for London

Tonic Life Communications has announced the promotion of Stephanie Bunten to the position of managing director of its flagship London office.

Ms Bunten, who has been with the company for almost a decade, will be supported in her role by new deputy Tamsin Tierney, who joins the agency from Just Health Communications, reports Gorkana.

The pair will lead the London management committee and work closely with the Tonic group's global leadership team, leveraging their extensive experience in the healthcare communications field.

Ms Bunten has worked at Tonic Life since its foundation in 2004, while Ms Tierney was formerly employed as a director at Just Health, offering specialist expertise in pharmaceutical, ethical and public health campaigns at domestic and international levels.

Scott Clark, chief executive officer of Tonic Life, said: "As Tonic continues to grow with our clients, these appointments will help maintain our momentum and strengthen the depth of our leadership team."

Tonic has been a member of the Huntsworth group since 2009 and was ranked as the top healthcare PR consultancy in the UK in a report compiled by PRWeek earlier this year.
