BDIA Dental Showcase wins dental industry event of the year award

The British Dental Industry Association (BDIA) has won the dental industry event of the year prize for its 2015 BDIA Dental Showcase.

It received the award at the Dental Industry Awards, a new event established this year to celebrate excellence and enterprise in the UK dental industry, with the inaugural ceremony taking place in London on November 13th.

A total of 13 companies were honoured at the event, having been selected by a prestigious independent panel of more than 20 of the UK's leading clinicians and influential industry figures.

The BDIA Dental Showcase was recognised for its delegate satisfaction rates and commitment to continual improvement through the use of surveys and feedback mechanisms.

Dianne Gettinby, marketing manager at the BDIA, said: "To be recognised in this way by such an expert panel of judges is a great achievement. We look forward to building the event in 2016 and continuing to celebrate all that's new and exciting within the sector."

The 2015 BDIA Dental Showcase ran from October 22nd to 24th at Birmingham's NEC. The 2016 edition will be held at ExCeL London from October 6th to 8th.
