Field Service Engineer
Role Overview
You will service, repair, and install advanced biodecontamination and controlled-environment systems across the UK, ensuring safe, compliant operation while delivering professional on-site support to customers in critical GMP, healthcare, and pharmaceutical settings.

Role Requirements
Service, install, repair and calibrate a wide range of innovative biodecontamination equipment used in life sciences, pharmaceutical and healthcare environments.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and attend breakdowns in line with company procedures.
Follow documented service, repair and installation method statements to deliver work safely and effectively.
Commission new systems and equipment following delivery to customer sites.
Train customer operators in the correct, safe and compliant use of equipment.
Complete validation testing activities, including generating documentation, reports and ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.
Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach while working independently across a UK-wide territory.
Person Specifications
Proven track record in servicing, maintaining or repairing electro-mechanical systems.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with experience working on technical equipment.
Comfortable with extensive travel and regular overnight stays (Monday-Friday when required).
Full UK driving licence and valid passport.
Excellent communication, organisation and customer-facing skills.
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a wider team.
Positive, flexible and results-driven mindset.
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, cleanroom, lab or GMP equipment is beneficial but not essential.
