A leading innovator in portable medical imaging technology specializes in designing ultrasound systems for use directly at the patient’s side. The company is a household name and operates globally with a presence in over 100 countries.
Originally established in the late 1990s, the organization made a major impact on the medical field by developing the first truly portable ultrasound system. Designed in collaboration with healthcare professionals, the system was compact, rugged, and well-suited for a variety of clinical and field environments.
Role Requirements
Achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Close sales by demonstrating the value of medical devices and solutions.
Collaborate with the Clinical Applications Team for product demonstrations, installations, and training.
Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key physicians and healthcare institutions.
Actively manage client relationships using CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
Submit weekly reports and forecasts using company CRM software.
Support regional key accounts and attend regional, national, and international events.
Undertake additional projects as required by management.
Person Specifications
Minimum of two years of sales experience in any medical device area (capital equipment, mobilty, woundcare, audiology, surgical, orthapaedics, diabetes, continence, cardiology, imaging, POCT diagnostics, diabetes etc) OR dental sales OR ventinary sales (product training will be provided).
Experience of a full sales cycle.
Proven track record in sales and business management, preferably with P&L responsibility.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, digital communication tools, and CRM systems.
Fluent in English and relevant local language(s) for the region.
Must meet local government requirements for hospital access (e.g., vaccinations, background checks).
Valid driving license.
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time, including outside regular business hours.
Ability to lift and move medical equipment weighing approximately 10kg.
Package
Commission circa £60,000
Total OTE – circa £100,000
Guaranteed commission period of £1,900 per month for first 4 quote months.

Pension – 9% of basic salary
