New Senior Director at ROAD announced

Independent healthcare communications specialist ROAD has hired Sarah Winterbottom, previously head of healthcare at MS&L, as senior director.
Working alongside ROAD’s founder and managing director, Paul Jarman, Winterbottom will provide senior counsel to new and existing clients and drive growth in key sectors.
“Sarah comes with a huge amount of experience and sector insight,” said Jarman. “This appointment signifies the start of a serious investment period as we plan for growth around a global client base increasingly involved in developing breakthrough technologies in healthcare.”
Winterbottom has provided senior counsel to clients across pharmaceutical, consumer health and healthcare services sectors, both globally and in the UK.
Having previously set up an award-winning consumer health division with a client base that included Bayer Diagnostics, CIBA Vision, Nestlé, Novartis and Philips; she then consulted across the P&G brand portfolio, and latterly at top four global business consultancy, Ernst & Young (EY).
