Giant Creative Strategy Agency acquired by Huntsworth

Giant Creative Strategy have been acquired by Huntsworth for $72.2m but depending on Giants earnings over the next 4 years, this could raise to as much as $97.2m.
Giant’s founders, Steven Gold and Adam Gelling will stay with the agency following the transaction along with 150 members of staff. Their future will combine with Hunstworth marketing agency, Evoke Health.
With a number of Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and biotech clients, Giant will contribute to boosting Evokes data capabilities and their marketing power.
Huntsworth already operate from 46 hubs in 19 countries across the world in the field of communications, medical and marketing. Chief Executive Paull Taaffe spoke about the acquisition, “Giant are a strong addition to the Huntsworth Group and will allow the group to expand the reach of Healthcare professional Marketing.”
