BUPA announces the acquisition of more dental practices

Bupa have announced the acquisition of nine further dental practices taking their acquisition of practice up to 14 across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
General Manager of BUPA Catherine Barton said on the news, “I’m delighted to welcome these new practices to the BUPA family. Each practice will be able to benefit from a range of support functions including clinical support, HR, marketing and IT, which will enable our quality of care to be offered to eve more customers. We’re confident that the practices will be able to grow.”
Morrison Shenfine Holdings is one practice that has recently been acquired by BUPA. The MD Ian Morrison said on the acquisition, “With an established brand like BUPA behind us, we can build upon our success and maintain out commitment to providing the best care for our patients. I’m very much looking forward to the opportunities we will have to continue to grow.”
