1,300 more staff for Bupa Dental Care

Bupa Dental Care provides NHS and private dentistry services, and is now one of the leading dental providers across the UK, with more than 470 dental practices across the UK and Ireland, and over 20 practice acquisitions in 2018. The company is now looking to recruit around 1,300 new staff in the next 12 months to fill positions of support centre roles, practice managers, dentists, dental nurses, hygienists and dental therapists. The recruitment process will consider both experienced dental staff for the clinical roles as well as candidates new to the industry for other roles. All new employees will be eligible for the ‘My Bupa Perks’ offering with benefits including health products and services and discounts on travel, retail and insurance. Full training will also be delivered by Bupa Dental Care.
