NAFE names Zoetis in 2019 awards

The National Association for Female Executives has named Zoetis Inc. one of the 2019 Top Companies for Executive Women for the first time. The US awards are for corporations who can demonstrate a proven track record in moving women to senior positions through best practice. Zoetis was nominated for its employee resource groups, mentoring, leadership development programs and work-life balance initiatives for female employees. In terms of its workforce profile, Zoetis Inc. has four women on its executive team of nine members who run the Research and Development, U.S. Operations, Business Development and Strategy, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources and Communications teams.
