Vets4Pets unveils handy app

The Vets4Pets app is a tool that can help clients manage aspects of their pet’s health, including vaccination history, receiving reminders and booking appointments in practice.
Any consultation appointments booked via the app at a Vets4Pets practice will be with registered, qualified and experienced veterinary surgeons or nurses, and will carry a fee.
The Vets4Pets app is currently being rolled out across all Vets4Pets practices, with new practices being added on a monthly basis.
A Vets4Pets spokesperson said: “The app provides an appointment booking process that simply allows clients to choose an appointment type, date and time.
“It then automatically books out an appointment slot within the practice management system with a vet or nurse, depending on the appointment booked.
“Clients can also cancel appointments through the app and find emergency contact details should an emergency happen when their practice is closed.
“Each client can also update their personal details, such as new phone number or address, and personalise their app with an image and bio of their pet.
“All clients on the app will receive the latest pet advice and offers, tailored to their pet’s needs.
“To ensure we’re making positive changes for all users we regularly check our App Store review pages and listen to feedback, so users can be assured the app is providing them with the best service possible.”
