ePrescribe announced by Curve Dental

Curve Dental has announced the release of ePrescribe, a module within the Curve Cloud Platform which enables dental practitioners to send and renew prescriptions to pharmacies digitally from any smart device. Furthermore, as a result of Curve Dental partnering with DrFirst, customers are now able to send prescriptions from their day-to-day workflow more conveniently within the cloud based dental practise management solution.

Curve Dental’s new release also includes two different prescribing options in addition to ePrescribe, these include: iPrescribe which enables doctors to write and send prescriptions from their smart, digital devices and Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs (PDMP) registration for Electronic Prescriptions for Controlled Substances. Customers will be able to use the SmartSuite feature which will enable them to reduce prescribing errors and streamline prescription writing. Also, SmartSuite will show the most commonly prescribed medications, therefore reducing the necessity for customers to search for individual drugs.
