Oxford PharmaGenesis voted Great Place to Work for the third time in a row

Oxford PharmaGenesis has received its third consecutive Great Place to Work accreditation. The achievement was awarded to the company after employees from the Philadelphia office filled out a five-minute anonymous and voluntary survey based on the company’s leadership, environment, culture and morale. In addition to this, employees were also asked to respond to precise statements in the survey, where they had to give their honest opinion on the extent to which they agreed with them. Once completed the responses were collected and scored.
