Walgreens Boots Alliance has closed 28 Boots UK stores.

Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA) reported in the ‘ Fiscal 2020 first quarter results’ that twenty-eight out of two hundred of its subsidiary ‘Boots UK ‘ stores have closed in the UK. In addition to this, the WBA have stated that it would be conducting a full length process review across Boots UK as part of its program to cut costs of at least eighteen-billion dollars by 2022’s financial year.
