The Lucid Group starts its Future Academy program

The Lucid Group has enrolled six new, highly motivated graduates into its Future Academy program, where they will be placed onto an intensive training course for their first eight weeks, followed by two different placements which will take them up to the end of the year, to help them discover their interest in the sector.

HR Director, Angela Young, stated: “We love this time of year, the graduates bring great energy into the organisation with their ingenuity and bold ideas. It’s an exciting time for everyone. We only recruit the exceptional so that we deliver the outstanding, and the Futures Academy is no different”.
