Hello Products – acquired by Colgate

Recently, Colgate Palmolive announced that it has decided to purchase Hello Products LLC, with the deal expected to close before February. The premium oral care brand produces a range of dental products, including mouth wash, floss, children and adult’s toothpaste – toothbrushes, which are all sold in the US.

CEO and President of Colgate, Noel Wallace, stated: “We are excited to welcome ‘Hello’ to the Colgate family and are especially pleased that Craig and Lauri will continue in their leadership roles.
