Byte has been acquired by Dentsply Sirona

Byte has been acquired by Dentsply Sirona, in a movement to establish its role in clear aligner therapy. Dentsply Sirona’s commercial expertise and R&D capabilities offer a great potential to drive additional growth of the Byte clear aligner solutions. The Dentsply Sirona combination will concentrate on expanding the orthodontic treatment market by helping
patients access better oral healthcare as well as linking new patients to dental professionals.

The existing management team and Neeraj Gunsagar, CEO of Byte, will continue to operate the business.
