HORIBA acquires MedTest Holdings

HORIBA Ltd, Medical has announced the acquisition of MedTest Holdings, bringing together the HORIBA Medical segment’s complementary advanced technology offerings with Pointe Scientific, Clinitox, and MedTest Dx technology’s research and development and manufacturing capabilities.
