Henry Schein acquires a 70% ownership stake in eAssist Dental Solutions

Henry Schein recently announced that it has acquired a seventy per cent ownership stake in a virtual dental billing outsourcing service, eAssist Dental Solutions.

eAssist Dental Solutions utilises its technology to propose virtual dental billing services to dental practices. This helps practices take the time that would usually be set aside for patient care and collection processes.
