OPEN Health recently announced the acquisition of Spirit

OPEN Health recently announced the acquisition of medical communications agency Spirit. Integrating the OPEN Health Group and Spirit strengthens their global resources, offering services, including high-quality scientific communications to their international Medical Affairs audiences.

OPEN Health will consist of over eighty-hundred and fifty people in fifteen locations across six countries, including the UK, USA, Germany, China, India and the Netherlands.

Spirit’s Managing Director, Iona Fleming, stated: “Over the past fifteen years, we have proudly grown Spirit to an eighty person Medical Affairs agency, delivering a broad range of scientific communications globally. In joining OPEN Health, we are significantly expanding our geographical reach and will be able to provide a wider range of integrated services to our Medical Affairs and HEOR clients.
