MSL hires three new employees for senior positions

The MSL UK board has three new senior hires. Natasha Plowman and Neil Kleiner will begin instantly, with Jessica Gross starting in February of next year.

These are the most recent senior-level hires from chief executive officer Chris McCafferty and marketing director Jo Grierson.

Natasha Plowman, who will be involved in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) and corporate reputation said that “We are entering a new era of corporate reputation, defined by new expectations and new questions. MSL’s clarity, innovation and disruption drew me to the agency, and I’m excited to work with Chris, Jo and the wider team to challenge conventions and grow.”

Jessica Gross, who will become a brand specialist, said that “My next move needed to be all about ambition, and the ability to make an impact with clients. When I met Jo and Chris, I was instantly drawn to them as people and to their joint vision to continue to shake things up. With a brilliant team already in place, I look forward to helping more brands build belief.”

Neil Kleiner, who will lead influencer marketing and social said: “In influencer marketing, there is a tremendous amount of confusion, a lot of work still to do on diversity and inclusion, and still far too much snake oil being sold. I joined an award-winning influencer agency with a commitment to becoming the most diverse and progressive in the market. Exciting times.”

MSL UK unveiled its new tagline, We Build Belief, as well as the MSL Belief Stack (this is an online tool which allows 2-way communication with their customers.) The goal is to assist customers in creating “belief strategies” for all stakeholders.
