The Additive International summit, which will run from 13th-14th July at Nottingham’s Albert Hall, provides an opportunity to hear from academic and industry researchers at the cutting edge of additive manufacturing technology.

This year’s event, which is being organised by a world-class team from the University of Nottingham’s Centre for Additive Manufacturing, will feature speakers from a variety of industries and disciplines and will highlight additive advances in areas such as multifunctional and biofunctional materials, as well as cutting-edge applications of AM in aerospace, transportation, and healthcare.

Speakers include Professor of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering, University of Texas, Prof Eric MacDonald; Technical Fellow, NASA, Richard Russell; Head of Additive Manufacturing, Deutsche Bahn, Stefanie Brickwede; Laser Additive Manufacturing consultant, TWI Ltd, Dr Carl Hauser; Nikola Dudukovic from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory; Professor Martin Wegener from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology; CEO, Seurat Technologies, James DeMuth; Senior Lecturer, University of Bristol, Dr Nick Simpson and VP of Materials, Align Technology Inc, Chunhua Li.
