Envista Holdings Corporation will acquire Osteogenics

Envista Holdings Corporation will acquire OBI Biologies, Allotech LLC, and Osteogenics Biomedical Inc, which comprise Osteogenics.

Osteogenics is a dental implant company that investigates and develops various regenerative therapies and bone grafting solutions. Bone grafting and these regenerative therapies, according to an Envista press release, increase bone stability, which is essential in implant dentistry. According to CEO Amir Aghdaei, Envista will expand in the regenerative field due to this acquisition.
