AXON ranked in the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women for a fifth year

London, UK, 20 July 2022 – the 2022 UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women list was launched this morning by Great Place to Work® UK, recognising AXON among 263 ranked organisations.

The UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women award acknowledges that AXON offers a collaborative, flexible and supportive environment, with practices and processes to ensure the support of development, engagement, and well-being of women. AXON is pleased to have a 100% return to-work rate after maternity and boasts an excellent gender-diversity record, with 58% of the London Senior Leadership Team being female.

AXON is launching a Menopause Policy this year, which will look at how to better support individuals in the workplace and at home. AXON will also continue to run several diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) educational initiatives throughout the year to foster an inclusive and fair workplace for all, which is deeply embedded in the company’s culture. The Great Place to Work® UK survey revealed that 97% of AXON’s employees said that ‘people are treated fairly regardless of their gender’.
