AstraZeneca Awards Accies Community Trust £4000
AstraZeneca has generously donated £4000 to Hamilton Accies Community Trust.
The science-driven company gave the Hamilton Accies Community Trust a financial boost in appreciation for the great accomplishments the charity has achieved, “selflessly serving their community.”
Before the football game against Queen’s Park last weekend, Accies’ Colin McGowan was there to accept the £4000 check from AstraZeneca’s Paul Nicholas.
McGowan expressed that “support like this makes a massive and enables us to help so many more individuals, families and children across the Lanarkshire community.
“A huge thank you to Paul Nicholas and AstraZeneca for believing in what we do here and donating an amazing sum of cash so we can continue to deliver our services such as our Foodbank which takes place within the Club’s Northstand every Thursday morning and is open to all without prejudice.”
AstraZeneca is committed to developing new and exciting medicines and expand access patients have to them. This allows the business to assist people, healthcare systems, and society throughout the world.
