Pryme Group Engineering Makes 3 New Hires
Three new members have been added to the senior leadership of PRYME Group, an engineering business based in Aberdeenshire that develops, produces, and provides engineering solutions to international industrial markets.
The three new hires coincide with the launch of a new corporate identity by Pryme Group and its subsidiaries.
Pryme Group offers a wide range of proficiencies to a variety of businesses, including those in non-renewables, renewables, and defence industries.
The collective consists of five companies, employing 260 people across 12 locations in the UK.
The Ellon-based business now has a new CCO in David Hodkinson, who will collaborate with the existing executive team and corporate management to spearhead the creation and execution of a commercial strategy that aims to focus on expansion of important sustainable markets.
Within the Caley Ocean Systems division, two more hires have happened. In order to continue their recently established set of achievements and continue the expansion of the company, Simon Wain has been elevated to Managing Director.
In his capacity as Project Director after joining Caley two years ago, Simon oversaw one of the company’s largest offshore wind ventures.
Barbara McIntyre, a Chartered Engineer, is now the Operations and Engineering Director of Caley Ocean Systems. Barbara has accumulated 20 years of expertise in leadership and design engineering.
CEO of Pryme Group, Kerrie Murray, explained that “We have continually evolved over the past decade, diversifying into new markets such as offshore wind and nuclear infrastructure while continuing to support and grow our long standing customer base in the oil and gas, defence and industrial markets.
