Acre Pharmacy Makes £2m Deal with Texoane

Alongside Geneva based Texoane, Acre Pharmacy has agreed to a transaction with an expected value of £2 million over the coming year.

Teoxane has specific expertise within wrinkle-reducing skincare and injectable dermal fillers with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid.

22 people currently work at Acre, which is a subsidiary of CST Holdings Group.

The online direct patient care provider, Acre, will join the aesthetics medicine and skincare company as a verified UK partner.

Acre’s Director, Neil Clarkson, explained that “this deal is the first of many in the coming months that secure our place as one of the UK’s leading online pharmacies.”
