Circet/KGP Purchase Further Enterprise Solutions

Further Enterprise Solutions (FES), a top supplier of innovative solutions to the telecommunications sector, has been bought by Circet, a well-established international network service provider, and recent previous acquisition KGP Services.

FES was established in 2002 and now has more than 300 qualified wireless services specialists working for it. They provide vital network solutions across engineering, incorporation, and development for top communication and equipment suppliers.

With the integration of FES, Circet and KGP Services will be able to deliver distinctive and all-inclusive complete wireless services to consumers through the development of their current wireless services proficiencies.

KGP Services’ Chief Executive Officer, Trevor Putrah, expressed that “the addition of FES provides KGP Services with more robust technical capabilities in the areas of RF Engineering and Optimization, complementary to our current suite of wireless network services.”

FES’s Chief Executive Officer, Hooman Parsia, explained that the company is “honoured to join the growing Circet and KGP Services family. We could not ask for a better partner in pursuit of best-in-class service offerings for our wireless services customers.”
