The selling and supply of drugs for humans and animals is KRKA’s main business operation.

The current directors of the company are M Vidmar Berus, J Arh, and V Kozjan.

The firm is classified as a low energy producer under corporate standards, using less than 40,000kWh over the period, and therefore is not obligated to provide information on its emissions, energy usage, or energy conservation initiatives.

When signing off the financial statement, KRKA’s directors collectively held a realistic belief that the business would receive sufficient financial help from the holding company to maintain operations in the short term.

With the assumption that the business would continue to turn a profit over the coming years, they feel it is reasonable to use the going concern foundation of reporting when compiling the statements.

Ultimately, the profit and total income for the year increased approximately 55% between 2021 and 2022, from £178,000 to 393,000.
