Cleaver Scientific Closes After Almost 20 Years

Mr Adie Cleaver, Managing Director of Cleaver Scientific Ltd, has recently announced the sad news regarding the company going into administration.

It is not only the case that a long-standing business has fallen part, but there has also been a personal loss for Mr Cleaver since he launched the business in 2004 in his name.

In October 2021, Mr. Cleaver the business was purchased by Rob Chatterjee and Sylvia Dawson in the belief that they would continue to build the company’s reputation while collaborating with the existing Management Team and staff members.

Thistle Scientific Ltd, a company Mr. Cleaver obtained in 2017, will now be offering all of the goods previously sold by Cleaver. All of the present employees will continue to work at the same location in Rugby where these products be produced and delivered.

The upcoming months will be “a challenging time” as they merge Cleaver’s products and business activities into Thistle Scientific. They are grateful for your understanding and support in this time.
